Critical Factors was founded with a clear goal: to bring our extensive human factors experience from the airline industry to other safety-critical fields.

We approach each of our clients with fresh eyes to develop customised strategies to embed effective human factors into their organisation.
About Us
Understand
We start by understanding the strengths and development needs of the teams in a workplace unit; through observation, survey and incident data.
Design
From this, we can design procedures, checklists and identify team training needs.
Train
First we train key team members, and then train them to become in-house trainers of your wider team.
Succeed
This lays the foundation for a self-sustaining, continuous improvement solution.
